I can do the whole bookkeeping package right up to handing over to your accountant to prepare your year-end accounts -or whatever bits you need me to.

I can keep your books up to date at an agreed frequency - whether that's daily, weekly or monthly.

I can do enter or sync all your transactions and reconcile them, including extra credit cards or revenue streams - e.g. paypal, stripe, shopify. 

I can do your CIS returns and basic payroll services (if you have a complicated payroll, I can refer you to someone better equipped to handle your needs that works in sync with me).

TRAINING

I specialise in Xero software, and I'm used to navigating people to get the best out of it, whether its their first time or they've been using it a while. I customise the training entirely to your business and work with you to see how you can best use the software - or to work out where it's going wrong if you're struggling with it. I can offer one or two hour sessions, with ongoing support for as long as needed.

CONVERSIONS

I can get you set up and running on Xero, with or without transactional history with bespoke chart of accounts tailored to your business.

MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS

I can prepare management accounts for you including accrued and deferred income, accruals and prepayments, depreciation and analysis.

I'm a Syft Certified Advisor, so I can help you understand the insights Syft can offer once we've got the adjustments posted.

BUDGETS IN XERO

I can help to set up a budget in Xero, and configure the variance analysis reporting to see where you're meeting - or missing - your budgets.
